Am I ready for the London-Edinburgh-London

London-Edinburgh-London is a cycling event consisting in riding from London to Edinburgh and back, 1,400km, in less that 116 hours.

I have been training all year for this cycling event. Today, a week from the start, I rode my last training ride and this is how my Performance Management Chart (PMC) looks like.
My 2013 Performance Management Chart
7,500 km in this year so far and CTL in 94.1 TSS/d. This week I'll only commute Monday and Tuesday, riding very slowly, recovery rides. It's time to make sure next Sunday my TSB is recovery and I don't have sleep deficit.

Will this be enough to enjoy the LEL? We will see soon enough...

You can follow my progress in the LEL in this link or adding my profile to your Google+ circles.

Take care
